Successfully provided general contractor services to four locations for a Large Multi-National Retail Distribution Center, from New Jersey to Florida, to implement their new ALPR (automated license plate reader) systems at warehouse guard shacks.

This commercial construction project included but was not limited to trenching for underground conduit, constructing foundational concrete pads, relocating and installing new guard shacks, and completing all electrical and plumbing work required for the new guard shack locations, including bathrooms.

As one might expect, working with a large conglomerate of this scale can be challenging. We are proud to say we completed all four projects on time and within budget.

When you move 12 1/2 Tons of Cool, you need a highly trained team of HVAC professionals.  Every member of this team has a precise responsibility leading to an extremely coordinated effort.  Precision is critical when a 12 1/2-ton rooftop air conditioning system is suspended 100 feet above your head.

Capital Expenditures or CAPX work is at the heart of many companies that own multi-dwelling units and is a specialty of Omega Contracting.  We are versed in working with corporate ownership to complete the necessary apartment complex improvements on time and on budget.  The main scope of this project was to repair the commercial roofing on this apartment complex.

Howard University · Washington, DC

Howard University desired a digital sign to display current information in front of the School of Social Work at this historic university.  Omega Contracting and Consulting was contracted to build the masonry stanchions to support the digital sign.

The Township of Emmitsburg, MD in Frederick County needed to renovate their bathhouse and make it ADA Compliant.  Omega Contracting & Consulting won the contract for architectural plans, permits, demolition, and construction as listed below.

As older foundations settle, they can crack and leak. These before and after photos at the Rogers Forge Apartments in Baltimore, MD show the scope of this simple two-day procedure. In this project gallery, we trench around the foundation, apply Master Seal foundation coating, and backfill the trench.
