Graze Craze Retail Construction Remodel
A Turnkey Build-Out for Graze Craze Artful Charcuterie
Omega Contracting & Consulting partnered with Graze Craze, a brand specializing in artfully arranged charcuterie boards, to build out their new location in Ellicott City, MD.
The project began with selective demolition and space preparation, followed by framing and reconfiguration to support the updated layout. Omega upgraded electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, coordinating inspections to ensure seamless integration.
Interior enhancements included drywall, ceilings, millwork, flooring, and paint, creating a polished backdrop that reflects the Graze Craze brand. Branded finishes and specialty elements were added to highlight the company’s unique identity.
Throughout the process, Omega maintained strict quality control and open communication, delivering a modern, fully functional environment that allows Graze Craze to showcase their charcuterie artistry from day one.
Palm Beach Tan Retail Construction Remodel
Turning Vision Into A Polished, Functional Space
This salon in Sterling, VA, needed a makeover to be worthy of the Palm Beach Tan brand. With a reimagined layout in hand, our team stepped in to bring it to life.
We reframed openings, shifted walls, and extended the counter to align the structure with the plan. Additionally, we repaired uneven areas, addressed ceiling issues, and gave the space a smoother, more polished foundation.
With the structure set, we installed clean drywall, fresh paint in a modern palette, and a bold accent wall for contrast. New doors, casework, and branded accessories completed the look.
Electrical upgrades included lighting, outlets, and tech support, ensuring the salon looks sharp and functions efficiently.
The result is a polished, welcoming environment that enhances both customer experience and daily operations.
American Specialty Retail Chain
Complete Interior & Exterior Renovation For American Specialty Retail Chain
Omega Contracting delivered a full interior and exterior transformation for an American specialty discount retail chain, combining demolition, reconstruction, and modern finishes to create a clean, functional, 9500 sq/ft retail environment.
Our team safely removed outdated structural elements, including asbestos abatement, metal stairs, walls, and a chimney stack, before rebuilding with precision-polished concrete, masonry, and new storefront glass.
We framed, insulated, and finished the walls with drywall, applied paint, and installed polished flooring, while seamlessly integrating ADA accessibility upgrades. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed to support new HVAC, lighting, and fixtures, ensuring long-term efficiency.
From bathroom accessories to branded displays, every detail was executed to spec. Throughout the construction process, our crews safeguarded the open retail center, minimizing disruptions while delivering a turnkey build-out.
International Fast Fashion Retailer Construction Project
Failed Ceiling Retail Construction Project
Omega Contracting was called in to Hampton, VA, to stabilize a failed ceiling area and restore structural safety for an international fashion retailer. We reinforced the space with a new support system, ensuring the ceiling was secure, durable, and built to last.
Since the store remained open throughout the construction, our team worked overnight and implemented strict safeguards to protect customers, merchandise, and staff. This approach enabled the business to operate uninterrupted while we handled the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
Once the work was complete, we removed all temporary supports, patched and painted the area for a seamless finish, and left it spotless. The result is a safe, polished space delivered with minimal disruption to daily operations.
T-Mobile Retail Construction Projects
12 Store Renovation For T-Mobile
International telecommunications company T-Mobile tapped Omega Contracting to renovate 12 stores in the Mid-Atlantic Area. Working with the T-Mobile corporate design team, Omega demoed the existing store layout down to the white box. Then, it began creating and installing the new layout, flooring, fixtures, and everything necessary for a successful mobile communications store.

Recently, B&N hired Omega Contracting & Consulting to update and remodel the Ellicott City, MD, Barnes & Noble Café, giving it a new look.
